📋 Description

• Design the target-state DLP architecture across endpoint, network, email, cloud and collaboration platforms • Define DLP policies, data classification strategy, detection logic and operating model • Ensure alignment across security engineering, infrastructure, data governance, legal/compliance and business teams • Lead architecture workshops and facilitate technical and business design decisions • Advise on Microsoft Purview, Zscaler and Symantec DLP architecture, coexistence and migration strategy • Produce architecture documentation, decision records, reference designs and roadmaps • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, balancing security, compliance and business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Data Loss Prevention, data protection or information security consulting • Proven experience designing enterprise-scale DLP solutions from strategy through architecture • Strong hands-on knowledge of at least two of the following: Microsoft Purview (Information Protection / DLP) Zscaler (ZIA / ZPA / CASB) Symantec DLP • Strong understanding of data classification, sensitivity labelling and content inspection • Experience designing DLP across endpoint, email, cloud, web and collaboration platforms • Experience facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and driving architectural decisions • Excellent communication skills in English • Nice to have: Experience in Retail, Consumer Goods or FMCG • Knowledge of GDPR and other data protection regulations • Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CIPP/E, SC-400 or vendor certifications • Experience with Insider Risk Management • Exposure to Zero Trust and SASE programmes • Enterprise data discovery and classification experience • French language skills • Previous consulting experience in large international programmes
