📋 Description

• Call our existing customers on behalf of our stylists and use your sales skills to inspire them to order their next OUTFITTERY box. • Aim to maximize customer loyalty and ensure as many items as possible are kept (minimize cancellations or full returns). • Work in a telephone-based sales channel, clearly separated from styling and customer service. • Direct conversations toward motivating customers to receive a new delivery by presenting trends, collections, and styling options. • Bring a high level of self-motivation and perseverance to achieve your targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Native German speaker • Reliability and planning skills, along with strong communication abilities and an appropriate manner of expression • Friendly, customer-oriented communication • Enjoy interacting with customers (by phone) • Sales-oriented mindset • Basic IT skills • High level of self-motivation and resilience
