📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of accounts from go-live onward. • Run implementation and onboarding. • Turn messy operational and financial data into decisions an operator will act on. • Monitor account health continuously. • Drive renewals and expansion alongside Customer Success, Sales and Revenue Operations. • Triage customer escalations. • Partner with product and engineering as the voice of the account.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years at Bain, McKinsey, BCG (Boston Consulting Group), or a comparable top-tier strategy firm. This is a hard requirement. • Strong quantitative and analytical skills. • Excellent written and spoken English. • Structured, self-directed, and fast. • Bonus: experience in restaurants, retail, franchising, finance operations, or another multi-location, multi-channel business; comfort with SQL, Salesforce, or BI tools.
