• Conduct qualification calls with prospects to understand their goals and challenges • Determine whether prospects meet the criteria for our services • Schedule strategy calls with closers for qualified prospects • Maintain accurate records of interactions in HubSpot & Aircall • Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality • As a setter, you are an essential part of the process and help our potential customers find the right solution • Ensure that all prospects are qualified and can be handed over to a strategy call with an experienced closer • Play a consultative role in addition to scheduling appointments by helping prospects understand the real value of our services • If the setter does not have enough deals, they will also take on the role of a lead hunter, actively sourcing and qualifying leads to increase deal flow and support the sales team
• Proven experience in sales, particularly in qualification or inside sales • Strong understanding of the sales process and lead qualification criteria • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and tools • Ability to analyze prospect needs and match them to our offerings • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot • Excellent listening and questioning skills • Ability to quickly build trust and credibility • Confident and professional phone manner • Adaptability when working with different prospect profiles
