📋 Description
• You support the team in developing and implementing LLP’s visual identity across all digital channels. • You produce and edit short video formats (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and create dynamic, conversion-driven edits. • You help design all static visuals such as social media posts, ad creatives, thumbnails, and landing page elements. • You translate emotional storytelling effectively into visual and audio language. • You work closely with the marketing teams to optimize creatives for performance goals (leads, conversions).
🎯 Requirements
• Initial practical experience creating graphic and/or video content (personal projects, university work or hobby projects count!). • A strong sense of aesthetics and current design trends (you know what works on social media right now). • You are motivated to dive into dynamic video edits or already have basic skills in this area. • You think not only creatively but also solution-oriented — you want your designs and videos to meet performance goals. • You are a strong communicator and team player who can provide efficient and precise updates so we can focus on what matters. • You embrace our values and vision and proactively contribute suggestions. • We require German language skills at a minimum of C1 level.
