📋 Description

• Conduct social compliance audits in line with LRQA methodologies and client standards • Perform worker interviews, management discussions, and site observations • Carry out document reviews, including contracts, policies, and HR records • Execute wage and working hours testing to assess compliance • Produce accurate, high-quality audit reports within agreed timelines • Manage audits independently while collaborating with international teams • Maintain strong client relationships and uphold LRQA’s professional standards

🎯 Requirements

• APSCA (CSCA or ASCA) qualification preferred but not essential; must have taken 1 or 2 of the 3 APSCA exams • Fluent German (essential) • Strong command of English • Proven experience in social auditing or related compliance roles • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments • Willingness to travel across Germany, Austria and Switzerland when required
