📋 Description

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients with the primary goal of scheduling appointments. • Build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience during every interaction. • Identify and qualify potential leads to align with the company’s target market and business goals. • Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions using CRM software or tracking systems. • Work closely with the team to align strategies, improve processes, and meet business development goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Sales Experience: Proven success in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting. • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with a pleasant, friendly tone and convincing delivery. • Curious & Positive Attitude: Maintains professionalism and a client-focused mindset during interactions. • Self-Driven: Able to work independently, manage time well, and meet targets. • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with virtual tools (e.g., Zoom, CRM) and comfortable working remotely. • Collaborative: Must be open to feedback and teamwork. • Work Setup: Must have a noise-canceling headset, PC/laptop with Intel Core i5 or better, and reliable internet. • Quiet Environment: Must have access to a quiet, distraction-free space for efficient work. • Time Zone: Available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. • Education: A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
