📋 Description

• Build responsive applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript • Translate Figma designs into clean, reusable, pixel-accurate components • Deliver production-ready features with strong attention to quality and usability • Develop responsive landing pages, high-performing storefronts, SEO-friendly applications, and Core Web Vitals optimizations • Build provider dashboards, patient portals, complex forms, workflows, and secure healthcare interfaces • Create chat interfaces, streaming AI responses, AI-assisted clinical workflows, and conversational UI components • Build shared component libraries, reusable UI patterns, responsive layouts, accessible interfaces, and animations • Use AI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar to accelerate development • Leverage LLMs to generate boilerplate, improve code quality, write tests, and speed up iteration • Build fast, responsive interfaces optimized for Core Web Vitals • Improve page performance, bundle size, and loading experience • Ensure consistent experiences across browsers and devices • Build maintainable client-side state using modern React patterns • Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and real-time services • Create reliable user experiences for complex forms and asynchronous workflows • Write maintainable, testable code • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions • Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA • Continuously improve frontend architecture and engineering practices • Follow secure development practices • Help build interfaces that meet HIPAA and SOC2 requirements • Ensure proper handling of sensitive patient information

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional frontend development experience • Strong experience with React and Next.js • Good understanding of TypeScript • Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+) • Experience with Tailwind CSS • Ability to build responsive, accessible interfaces • Experience implementing designs from Figma • Experience with one or more modern state management libraries, such as TanStack Query, Zustand, or Redux Toolkit • Understanding of Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, image optimization, rendering fundamentals, and basic caching strategies • Regular experience using AI development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT • Comfort using AI to improve productivity while maintaining high engineering standards • Professional-level English communication • Availability to work U.S. business hours • Application and resume submitted in English
