📋 Description
• Lead, grow, and professionalize a core consulting service line • Define and execute the service line’s professional strategy • Develop and maintain a strong capability portfolio • Lead and mentor functional leaders and senior consultants • Ensure high delivery standards across projects • Maintain visibility on capacity, skills, and utilization • Partner with sales and account teams on opportunity shaping • Collaborate with Unit Managers and Operations
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in SAP consulting • 5+ years experience in SAP project management • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional SAP teams • Strong background in SAP service delivery and resource management • Budget planning and management • University degree in IT or Economics • Certified in project management methodologies • German and English language proficiency
