📋 Description

• Ideating and executing creative strategy for Meta & TikTok campaigns • Living in the Ad Library, Reels, and TikTok For You Page • Writing direct-response copy that hits pain points • Scouting and briefing UGC creators • Managing a team of designers and video editors

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4+ years experience as a Creative Strategist, copywriter, or social media manager at an ad/marketing agency • Strong conversion copywriting skills • Coordinated creative teams • Native-level English speaker based in CET ±2 hours • Bonus points if you've worked in education, coaching, info, EdTech or high-consideration, high-ticket B2C
