📋 Description

• Review websites for content accuracy, functionality, design consistency, responsiveness, and completeness using established QA checklists • Follow QA processes to identify, document, and report issues clearly • Flag missing content, formatting inconsistencies, broken links, visual issues, and potential compliance concerns • Verify websites follow client branding, design frameworks, and requirements • Identify inconsistencies in imagery, spacing, typography, colors, and overall presentation • Provide clear, specific, and actionable feedback to Website Builders and Data Specialists • Collaborate with senior Quality Specialists and production teams to clarify issues and support timely corrections • Identify recurring issues and share observations to improve quality and workflows • Research basic QA and design issues using resources, SOPs, and internal tools • Escalate complex findings and challenges when appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience in website QA, quality control, web design, or a related field • Basic understanding of website functionality, responsive design, and UX/UI principles is a plus • Familiarity with website editors, QA tools, or design platforms is a plus, but not required • Willingness to learn Luxury Presence quality standards, design best practices, and compliance guidelines • Strong ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing information • Good eye for design and interest in layout, spacing, typography, imagery, and website quality • Ability to provide organized, respectful, and actionable written feedback • Willingness to investigate issues, ask questions, and understand quality standards • Comfortable following established QA guidelines, checklists, and SOPs • Comfortable learning and using AI tools to support QA reviews, research, and efficiency • Organized, dependable, and able to manage assigned reviews within established timelines • Must be a current resident of the Philippines • Willing to work graveyard hours, 5 days a week, 9 hours a day, with a one-hour meal break • Own a laptop or desktop • Have a valid government ID • Have an existing bank account or be willing to open one if hired • Have a stable internet connection of at least 100 Mbps and a backup connection • Live in an area with stable power supply that is not interrupted by constant power outages
