📋 Description

• Build Luxury Presence’s talent analytics function from metric definitions through weekly recruiter and leadership dashboards • Define talent KPIs including time to fill, pipeline conversion, source quality, offer acceptance, and quality of hire • Set talent analytics targets and automate recurring reporting • Provide leadership with analysis and recommendations • Develop and implement data quality standards across the talent tool stack • Own field definitions, required data, and naming conventions • Run data audits and partner with systems and integration owners to close data gaps • Establish trustworthy talent data for Finance and leadership planning • Partner with Finance on headcount tracking and forecasting • Maintain a single source of truth for approved, open, and filled roles • Build workforce analytics connecting hiring activity to plan, budget, and capacity • Surface workforce planning variances for leadership action • Manage employer branding assets through creation, refresh, and retirement • Design candidate collateral including department and company one-pagers and offer decks • Improve offer acceptance by 20% or more through better collateral and candidate messaging • Keep the company’s external employer brand story accurate and current

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in talent analytics, people analytics, recruiting operations, or business analytics • Experience ideally at a high-growth company • Strong command of ATS and HRIS data • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, or Workday • SQL proficiency • Advanced spreadsheet modeling • Dashboard building in a BI tool • Experience defining data standards and driving adoption • Experience partnering with Finance on headcount planning and forecasting • Ability to create effective one-pagers and offer decks • Must be a Philippine resident • Must work 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM, Tuesdays through Saturdays (PHT) • Must own a laptop or desktop • Must have a valid government ID • Must have an existing bank account or be willing to open one if hired • Must have stable internet of at least 25 Mbps and a backup connection • Must live in an area with stable power supply
