📋 Description

• Assist in developing tools to optimize internal processes • Assist with obtaining quotations and negotiating with suppliers • Monitor the purchasing process, from quotation through delivery • Assist in preparing management reports • Assist in preparing studies to optimize the experience of internal customers and other team members • Participate in meetings with suppliers and other company departments • Assist with strategic purchasing planning

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, from the 4th semester onward, in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools • Availability to work 6 hours per day as an intern • Availability for an internship of at least 1 year • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus • Additional courses or experience in process management are a plus • Knowledge of Python, DAX, VBA, and related programming languages is a plus
