📋 Description

• Coordinate qualitative projects and assist the Project Manager with delivery according to client specifications • Coordinate with respondents, vendors, freelancers and translation agencies • Check the quality of deliverables before they are passed to the client • Recruit respondents in their local language, including through panels and free-finding • Call, confirm and rescreen respondents who participated in an online screener • Finalize internal and client recruitment update spreadsheets for Project Managers • Manage and control vendors allocated to qualitative projects • Check deliverables from vendors • Negotiate costs with vendors and freelancers and manage progress throughout the project lifecycle • Maintain and develop relationships with freelancers and vendors on behalf of M3 Global Research • Liaise with clients on behalf of Project Managers when required • Manage respondents, vendors and project delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred • Experience in market research preferred, ideally in the medical/healthcare field • Must be business fluent in both German and English • Exceptional time management, organisational skills and attention to detail • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment • Ability to prioritize and reprioritize throughout the day • Very strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook and Word • Quick learner of new technologies/software • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple research projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment • Must confirm whether registered, or willing to register, with the state or national tax department as a self-employed contractor or freelancer, or establish a personal limited company • CV must be submitted in English
