• Automation Development: Design, build, and implement automation workflows using tools such as n8n and Albato to connect different systems and optimize processes. • Tool Optimization: Work with our CRM and project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com) to configure and improve workflows, ensuring maximum efficiency. • Application of Artificial Intelligence: Use generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to streamline content creation, enhance internal and external communications, and accelerate decision-making. • Creation of AI Agents: Develop and implement AI agent projects, for example an agent for lead qualification (virtual SDR) or an agent for analysis and optimization of paid media campaign data. • Analysis and Proposal: Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation and AI application in existing operational processes, proposing innovative solutions to eliminate manual and repetitive tasks. • Cross-departmental Collaboration: Work alongside different teams across the agency to understand their needs and develop automations and AI solutions that meet each area's requirements. • Documentation: Keep clear, up-to-date documentation of all implemented automations, workflows, and AI agents.
