📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and monitor the Group Marketing Strategy and annual marketing plans and budgets across all markets • Analyze market dynamics, consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities • Lead and manage Brand Managers and Marketing Managers, ensuring smooth execution of daily marketing operations • Develop the annual promotions and discount calendar for all countries with the Sales team • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns and promotional activities across all countries • Develop and implement brand promotion strategies to strengthen brand awareness, positioning, and long-term brand equity • Prepare media and communication plans for each brand and oversee execution across all countries • Provide innovative ideas and strategic recommendations to improve marketing efficiency and business performance • Recruit, lead, coach, and develop the marketing team to achieve periodic objectives • Lead new product launches across all markets through tailored go-to-market plans • Conduct competitor analysis covering assortment, pricing, promotions, market share, availability, and positioning • Monitor marketing budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI • Measure campaign performance using relevant KPIs and recommend corrective actions • Prepare marketing performance reports, campaign evaluations, and country business reviews for executive management • Collaborate with Sales, E-commerce, Creative, Product Development, and Country Managers • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines and visual identity across countries and channels

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience • At least 5 years in a managerial or regional marketing leadership role • Experience managing multiple brands and international markets • Excellent English communication skills • Experience with marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and digital advertising platforms is an advantage • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce • Excellent leadership and people management skills
