📋 Description
• Preparation and verification of court payment slips; • Prompt screening and analysis of publications/official notices; • Efficient retrieval of client case information; • Searches in electronic case management systems (EPROC, ESAJ, PJe, PROJUDI, among others); • Data consolidation; • Systematic updating of records in the automation system; • Organization of folders and files; • Analysis of corporate documents and powers of attorney/representation documents; • Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets; • Availability to perform external diligences (São Paulo - capital and interior); • Support the technical team.
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree; • Active membership with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • Experience in law firms preferred; • Microsoft Office and PowerPoint; • Excellent Portuguese (spoken and written); • Good communication skills; • Ability to work in a team; • Commitment; • Proactive, dynamic, and initiative-driven.
