📋 Description

• Implement cloud architectures defined by the Solutions Architect on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform • Support customer cloud deployments in a 24x7 operational support system • Monitor customer production infrastructure in 24x7 rotational shifts • Improve monitoring and alerting through appropriate automation tools • Prepare and present customers' monthly operational reports on schedule • Help identify and adopt new technologies • Use Chef, scripting languages, and similar off-the-shelf or open-source tools to manage infrastructure reliably • Maintain and improve existing enterprise infrastructure • Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise software in real customer environments • Build foundations for cutover through Linux administration, disciplined monitoring, and clear incident communication • Collaborate with senior engineers while they make architecture decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Windows/Linux systems administration skills • Experience migrating and architecting complex multi-tier applications to private or public cloud infrastructure • Verbal and written communication skills for updating customers and internal teams on issues, escalations, and RCAs • Ability to communicate architecture visually to customers and internal teams • Prior experience working on AWS, GCP, and Azure (preferred) • AWS Cloud Solutions Architect Associate or Professional certification (preferred) • RHEL Certified Engineer, Azure, or Snowflake certifications (preferred) • Configuration management experience with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet (preferred)
