📋 Description

• Build CRM campaigns independently in SAS CI Studio • Work with business and IT teams to define and implement campaign logic • Support personalisation initiatives across cards, payments, SOHO, and small business areas • Validate correctness of customer selection for campaigns • Perform campaign testing independently, focused on customer selection accuracy • Support improvements in CRM campaign processes and personalisation logic • Maintain clear documentation of campaign assumptions, logic, and results

🎯 Requirements

• Hands on experience with SAS CI Studio • Experience in CRM campaign management, marketing automation, or customer personalisation • Ability to independently build and execute campaigns • Strong understanding of segmentation and customer selection logic • Analytical mindset and attention to detail • Ability to work with business and IT stakeholders • Good communication skills
