📋 Description

• Lead the execution of software development initiatives and define project scope, objectives and technical deliverables • Prepare delivery plans aligned with software release cycles • Work directly with software engineers, architects, QA and DevOps teams • Coordinate activities across the full SDLC, including development, testing, integration and deployment • Identify dependencies between applications, systems and teams • Identify technical and delivery risks early and coordinate actions required to resolve blockers • Act as the link between engineering, product and business stakeholders, including US engineering teams • Communicate project progress, risks and dependencies and provide clear reporting on delivery status and milestones

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience managing technical software projects • Experience delivering initiatives across the full Software Development Lifecycle • Experience working directly with software engineering teams • Good understanding of software architecture and system integrations • Understanding of APIs and dependencies between enterprise applications • Experience coordinating development, testing and deployment activities • Agile or hybrid project delivery experience • Strong risk and dependency management • Experience working with product and architecture teams • Experience using Jira and similar project management tools • Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps delivery practices • Experience working with international or distributed teams • Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills • Ability to manage complex technical initiatives independently • Strong English • Flexibility to support US teams, occasionally until 19:00 Polish time • Nice to have: Experience in payments, fintech or banking • Nice to have: Experience delivering payment technology applications • Nice to have: Experience with large enterprise software platforms • Nice to have: Cloud technology knowledge, particularly AWS or Azure • Nice to have: Experience with microservices and API integrations • Nice to have: Jira and Confluence • Nice to have: PMP, Scrum Master or SAFe certification • Nice to have: Cloud, DevOps or software delivery certifications • Nice to have: Experience coordinating several engineering teams simultaneously
