📋 Description

• Answer client inquiries through phone, email, and chat • Address order issues and product inquiries via the customer interface platform, Facebook, and email • Track shipments and backend shipping inquiries • Conduct general research • Update addresses and client information • Work under the close guidance of the CX Lead to provide outstanding customer support • Serve as a bridge between customers and the clinical team

🎯 Requirements

• Must be fluent in German and English and able to convey key conversational points concisely • Availability to work weekends or having split-offs • Highly organized and able to complete multiple projects concurrently • Able to calmly handle uncertainty and rapidly changing situations • Resourceful and quick to learn; able to teach yourself needed skills from scratch
