📋 Description
• Communication with our clients and analysis of their preparation of work packages and precise creative briefings for our designers • Coordination of daily design work and adherence to deadlines • Iteration of design projects and ensuring quality standards • Continuous optimization of our processes and workflows • Occasionally executing design projects yourself
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in managing design projects (e.g., as a Creative Project Manager, Campaign Manager, Lead Designer) • Structured working style & strong organizational skills • Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Illustrator, and InDesign) • Strong proactive attitude, independence, and sense of responsibility • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset • Fluent German and English skills
