📋 Description

• Communicate with clients and analyze their requirements • Prepare work packages and precise creative briefs for designers • Coordinate daily design work and ensure deadlines are met • Iterate on design projects and ensure quality standards • Continuously optimize processes and workflows • Occasionally execute your own design projects • Lead creative projects for companies worldwide

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing design projects (e.g., as a Creative Project Manager, Campaign Manager, or Lead Designer) • Structured working style and strong organizational skills • Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and InDesign • Strong proactive attitude, independence, and sense of responsibility • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset • Fluent in German and English • Formal training, a university degree, or neither is accepted; motivation and the required skill set are what matter most
