📋 Description

• Create written and visual content explaining platform features, workflows, and best practices • Produce guides, FAQs, one-pagers, social media posts, and in-app messages • Prioritize content with the team based on the adoption roadmap and field-identified gaps • Design graphics, carousels, and presentations aligned with brand and communication guidelines • Collaborate on multi-format campaigns, including written guides paired with complementary videos • Keep content current as the platform evolves and propose updates to outdated materials • Organize and maintain a content library/help center • Gather user and Field Adoption team feedback to identify new content opportunities • Help John Deere platform users understand and adopt the platform, scaling onboarding, usage, and training

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or graphic design, ideally in tech, SaaS, or agtech • Strong writing skills and ability to simplify technical concepts for a broad audience • Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar • Comfortable working with content calendars and iterative feedback • General knowledge of agriculture or interest in agtech (nice to have) • Experience creating onboarding or educational/training content (nice to have) • Basic video editing skills (nice to have)
