📋 Description

• Produce tutorials, reels, and videos explaining how to use the John Deere platform • Edit tutorials and social media content from defined scripts and briefs • Add motion graphics, dynamic captions, transitions, and edited pacing • Transform webinars, trainings, and onboarding sessions into full versions, short clips, and highlights • Edit footage recorded in the field, at events, and at agricultural industry conferences • Maintain consistency of visual identity and messaging across formats • Organize and maintain project files, assets, and reusable templates • Keep video content updated as the platform evolves • Flag outdated tutorials and propose updates • Collaborate with the Field Adoption team to identify recurring topics for explainer videos

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in motion design and video editing for social media and/or educational content • Portfolio/reel required • Strong command of CapCut and at least one professional editor (Adobe Premiere and/or After Effects) • Strong sense of pacing and visual storytelling for short formats • Ability to work with gimbal-recorded footage, ideally with Insta360 or similar equipment • Ability to work with field recordings • Autonomy to execute based on defined scripts or briefs • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume production schedule • Advanced English proficiency required • Advanced Spanish proficiency is a plus • Basic graphic design skills using Figma, Canva, or similar are nice to have • General knowledge of agriculture or interest in agtech is nice to have • Experience creating tutorial or onboarding video content is nice to have
