📋 Description
• This is a remote position. Work on Australian construction projects without leaving the Philippines. • Maintain Technology is looking for an experienced Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor to help review and validate trade quotes across residential construction projects in Australia. • This is a fully remote role where you’ll apply your expertise in construction estimating, quantity take-offs, and trade scope analysis while working with a modern digital quoting platform. • If you have experience in cost estimation, subcontractor pricing review, or quantity surveying and want exposure to international construction standards and projects, this role offers a unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise with a fast-growing technology platform.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years experience in construction estimating or quantity surveying • Experience working on residential construction projects • Experience reviewing subcontractor quotes or trade tenders • Strong understanding of trade packages and construction cost structures • Preferred qualifications include: • Experience working with Australian, US, UK, or international construction projects • Experience in outsourced estimating or offshore construction support teams • Familiarity with metric and imperial measurements • Understanding of trade packages and subcontractor pricing • Professional certifications (advantageous but not required): Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC), Cost Engineering or Construction Estimating certifications, Training in Quantity Take-Off (QTO), construction estimating, or project costing, Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS), Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
