📋 Description
• Deliver engaging virtual and in-person AI training sessions for educators • Adapt facilitation approaches and examples to different learner profiles and classroom contexts • Guide participants through certification activities, including micro-teaching and lesson design support • Capture learner feedback and insights to continuously improve the program experience • Represent Manara and our mission with professionalism and energy
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience facilitating training or learning experiences for adults (experience with educators is a plus) • Strong communication skills in Arabic and/or English (depending on market needs) • Familiarity with AI tools or the curiosity and ability to learn quickly • Based in Egypt, KSA, UAE, or Qatar • A passion for learning, patience with learners, and a belief in the power of great teaching • Teaching experience is a plus
