📋 Description

• Research target industries and identify potential leads • Initiate contact through phone, email, and digital communication to introduce Manay CPA’s services • Follow up with prospects and maintain communication through the sales pipeline • Assist with pipeline management, partnership outreach, and business development projects • Record outreach activities, client interactions, and updates in the CRM system • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and service summaries • Collaborate with Marketing and Client Service teams on campaigns, events, and client engagement initiatives • Gather and analyze market, industry, competitor, and client-needs data • Support client meetings, networking events, and virtual sessions • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on outreach metrics, conversion rates, and sales-goal progress • Participate in projects improving sales processes, communication strategies, and client engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field • 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales support, client relations, or business development (internship or entry-level experience preferred) • Strong interest in professional services, accounting, and financial consulting • Excellent communication skills in both English and Turkish; all interviews will be completed in English • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment • Comfortable working according to U.S. time zones (Eastern Time) • Remote work requires a home office setup and stable high-speed internet connection • English resume/CV requested; applicants without one may not be considered
