📋 Description

• Own day-to-day POS operations • Work closely with the Retail team and POS project management • Manage logistics for counters, spare parts, and refurbishments through on-time delivery to stores • Manage the merchandising agency, including briefing, visit schedules, and quality control • Coordinate maintenance and complaints through to full resolution • Implement retail plans for refurbishments and refreshes • Make processes measurable and continuously improve them • Ensure counters are in perfect condition, repairs are completed quickly, and refurbishments are delivered on schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of hands-on responsibility for POS operations or merchandising in a store-based retail environment, on the brand, agency, or retailer side • Demonstrated ability, with a specific example, to maintain a consistent standard over several months • Willingness to conduct occasional store checks at locations across Germany • Confident using Google Sheets, Excel, or Airtable • Fluent in German • Very good command of English • Ideally, experience in beauty, cosmetics, or supplements, working with in-store counters in the drugstore channel on the brand or agency side • Ideally, knowledge of spare-parts or furniture logistics • Ideally, experience with Airtable, ClickUp, or photo-reporting tools • Ideally, experience maintaining an asset register or similar data records
