📋 Description

• Independently manage the in-store counter inventory across the retail network • Manage the merchandising agency and ensure quality at the POS • Build and maintain an asset register documenting the location, condition, and history of each counter • Manage spare-parts supply from initial demand notification through confirmed installation • Plan and coordinate refits and assortment changes, from planogram development and agency briefing through final approval • Approve every implementation and follow up on outstanding issues until they are resolved • Serve as the first point of contact for reports from stores, while measuring and reducing resolution times • Organize the return and refurbishment of replaced furniture components • Update guidelines and training materials for field teams • Develop standards, KPIs, and automation to scale the setup • Collaborate with the Team Lead Operations, Retail team, and POS Project Management

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of hands-on POS or merchandising experience in a multi-site retail environment, on the brand, agency, or retailer side • Demonstrable example of maintaining a consistent standard over several months • Willingness to conduct occasional store checks at locations across Germany • Confident working with Google Sheets, Excel, or Airtable • Fluent German and very good English • Ideally, experience with beauty/cosmetics counters or the drugstore channel • Ideally, experience managing merchandising agencies, including SLAs • Ideally, experience with spare-parts or furniture logistics • Ideally, experience maintaining an asset register or similar data records • Ideally, experience with Airtable, ClickUp, or photo-reporting tools
