📋 Description

• Gather and analyse business requirements in German and English • Document requirements clearly for business and technical audiences • Design Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and CPQ • Act as the Client SME, advising on functional behaviour, integrations and process impacts • Administer the Salesforce platform, including configuration, user and access management, flows and data quality • Manage releases and deployments through DevOps practices, including environment management, change sets or pipelines and release coordination • Provide production support within agreed service levels • Communicate status to stakeholders • Support platform governance, including standards, documentation, change control and compliance • Collaborate with developers on Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flow Builder and Platform Events, and review their work

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in German and English • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and CPQ • Knowledge of Salesforce administration, configuration, user and access management, flows and data quality • Experience managing releases and deployments through DevOps practices • Knowledge of environment management, change sets or pipelines and release coordination • Experience providing production support within agreed service levels • Knowledge of platform governance, standards, documentation, change control and compliance • Experience with or ability to collaborate on Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flow Builder and Platform Events • Availability to start ASAP • Willingness to work on a 3–12 month consultant/fixed-term project
