📋 Description

• Conduct CV screening and phone interviews with candidates • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter • Schedule interviews and maintain candidate information in the Client’s ATS • Support background and reference checks, offer creation, and candidate communication • Collaborate with Recruiters and support preparation of candidate shortlists • Manage multiple recruitment processes and priorities simultaneously • Support high-volume recruitment campaigns, including graduate and internship programmes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter • Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken • Experience in sourcing and managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment • Experience with Talent Mapping, SuccessFactors, or another ATS would be an advantage
