📋 Description

• Deliver live sessions, typically 90 to 150 minutes, mostly online • Work from session designs and written briefs prepared by the Programme Scientist • Prepare for each session at least five working days in advance • Facilitate structured practice, small-group work, feedback, and in-the-moment coaching • Manage varied participant dynamics, including sceptical senior participants and quiet groups • Submit brief written session notes within 48 hours after every session • Participate in accreditation before the first client session • Remain open to observation and feedback after sessions • Potentially extend the role to follow-up coaching with the same group, depending on seniority and ability

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial experience facilitating live learning or development sessions for professional or managerial audiences in a corporate setting • Strong online delivery skills, including running breakout groups and managing online session mechanics • Comfortable delivering material not personally written while following a required structure • Skilled at facilitating practice and giving direct, useful feedback to adults • Reliable, punctual, responsive, and consistent with session notes • Fluent, credible professional English • Comfortable working with senior audiences • Desirable: experience in leadership and management development, communication and influence, collaboration, resilience and change, or working across cultures • Desirable: coaching qualification or experience delivering one-to-one and group work • Desirable: additional languages or experience delivering to international cohorts working in a second language • Desirable: familiarity with evidence-based learning design
