📋 Description

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and continuous production iteration • Translate business goals into agents that outperform and tune them for real-world performance • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders and shape AI strategies aligned with business success • Work directly with customer executives and working teams • Run working sessions, troubleshoot agents, and make decisions to keep builds on track for launch • Surface unmet customer needs and feed them back to research and platform teams to influence product direction • Build production-grade Agentic AI and LLM systems that reason, interact with tools, and solve complex real-world problems • Take AI systems from early prototypes to reliable, scalable solutions used across finance, healthcare, commerce, and telecommunications

🎯 Requirements

• Genuine energy being in front of customers, understanding their business and needs, thriving in complex organizations, and building trusted relationships • Clear, direct, and persuasive communication across technical and non-technical audiences • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, spot risks early, and adapt as things change fast • Comfortable engaging directly with technical concepts, including reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering tradeoffs in design discussions • Track record of running multiple complex, high-visibility projects at once and driving them to outcomes • Genuine interest in Financial Services and improving the end customer experience • Experience in financial technology, implementations at financial institutions, working inside financial institutions, or familiarity with financial services security and compliance requirements is a strong plus • Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production, including eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, and prompt engineering, is a major plus • Founder, founding team member, or operator experience is a major plus • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, and/or an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business is a major plus
