📋 Description

• Handle in-person, telephone, and electronic customer inquiries • Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate department • Assist with lead and customer qualification • Organize and track contacts from companies interested in working with Masa • Learn about communication, customer service, contact management, sales metrics, sales tools, active listening, negotiation, and teamwork • Participate in online interviews with the recruiter and CEO during the selection process

🎯 Requirements

• Eagerness to learn • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, including reviewing work before submitting it • Willingness to ask questions when clarification is needed • Enjoyment of assisting people and helping them find answers • Strong written communication skills in messages and emails, with clarity and courtesy • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or presentation tools is a plus, but not required • Participation in the BEEM Program, with candidate profile referral by CIEE in accordance with the program criteria
