📋 Description

• Translate brand and marketing briefs into creative ideas, coverage and visual directions • Develop strategically grounded and culturally relevant campaign concepts, storytelling approaches and creative recommendations • Create compelling decks that bring stakeholders through the creative process • Turn marketer, brand team and creative team needs into practical creative solutions • Establish visual quality, brand consistency and creative effectiveness direction • Use Generative AI across image, video, content and campaign development • Create AI-generated work with Nano Banana / Nano Banana Pro, Veo 3 / Veo 3.1 and Google AI Studio • Rapidly prototype creative ideas for teams and clients • Experiment with prompts, models and workflows to improve creative quality, speed and consistency • Refine AI-generated outputs using human judgement • Monitor emerging AI creative tools and identify where they can improve creative work • Build repeatable prompts, templates and workflows for creative and marketing teams • Explore Google AI Studio, Antigravity and other AI-enabled environments for creative prototyping • Identify repetitive creative processes that can be simplified or accelerated with AI • Improve the workflow from brief through concept, creation, iteration and final output

🎯 Requirements

• Mid–Senior level • Strong background across creative design, art direction, brand, advertising, content, creative strategy or integrated marketing • Portfolio demonstrating high-quality creative work across platforms, especially social • Portfolio examples of Generative AI work, including AI-led art direction, images, video, campaign concepts or branded content • Hands-on experience with Google’s AI creative ecosystem: Nano Banana, Veo and Google AI Studio • Strong visual taste and strategic thinking connecting creative decisions to brand and marketing objectives • Confidence developing presentations and selling creative ideas through clear storytelling • Understanding of creatives’, marketers’, strategists’ and brand teams’ tool and workflow needs • Ability to work independently and partner with stakeholders in a marketing organisation • Ability to move quickly and turn ambiguity into tangible creative outputs • Curiosity, experimentation and ability to learn new AI tools quickly • Legally eligible to work in the country where hired; work visa sponsorship is not available • Examples of AI-generated creative work required with application, particularly AI-generated images, AI-generated video, campaign concepts, creative prototypes, brand or social content, and work using Nano Banana, Veo or other Google AI and common GenAI creative production tools
