📋 Description

• Deliver and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules to provide integrated information system solutions to the businesses • Act as the first point of contact for functional queries from end-users • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Oracle Fusion Applications • Perform root cause analysis and provide long-term solutions for recurring issues • Coordinate with technical teams on development or configuration changes • Provide guidance on Oracle Fusion Application best practices and features • Conduct user training sessions and create training materials • Evaluate and document change requests and enhancements • Configure Oracle Fusion Applications based on business needs • Conduct system testing for patches, upgrades, and configuration changes • Support User Acceptance Testing by preparing test cases and assisting end-users • Monitor integrations between Oracle Fusion Projects and other modules • Resolve cross-module issues with other functional analysts • Liaise with Oracle Support on unresolved issues and service requests • Maintain process, configuration, and solution documentation • Update Standard Operating Procedures to reflect system changes • Monitor system performance and usage for improvement opportunities • Validate functionality after upgrades or patches • Stay updated on new Oracle Fusion features and recommend beneficial adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level Oracle SCM Techno Functional consultant experience • Good communication skills and ability to understand the needs of business and technical users • Versed in Oracle Supply Chain modules • Specialization in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles • Expert skills in Technology, Supply Chain, and Strategic Management • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments • Ability to maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and solutions • Ability to identify and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities
