📋 Description

• Achieve monthly KPIs and assigned card acquisition targets • Maintain performance, productivity, and efficiency across systems and product campaigns • Direct telesales activities toward sales targets • Follow verification policies, banking procedures, and regulatory requirements • Update systems based on customer calls • Contact potential and existing customers by phone to introduce and promote banking products • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions • Cross-sell and upsell products to maximize revenue opportunities • Process customer requests and offers • Handle customer issues, inquiries, and complaints; escalate issues to the Team Lead when needed • Maintain records of approvals, requests, and reports • Build and maintain customer relationships • Compile daily and monthly team reports and MIS • Attend daily team huddles and meet team commitments • Monitor personal performance and align strategies to improve sales outcomes • Meet all control parameters and policies set by the bank audit team

🎯 Requirements

• University Graduate • 1-2 years experience in similar work environment • Preferably has a practical marketing background • Excellent people management skills • Strong sales and customer focus • Ability to think creatively and work under pressure • Excellent presentation skills • Good team player with result driven attitude • Business sensitive • Analytical and computer skills • Adaptable and versatile
