📋 Description
• Calculate incentives according to approved policies, ensuring timely and accurate payouts • Independently review and automate existing business performance and incentive processes • Automate other internal processes where possible to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time • Oversee the Business Performance and Incentive payment process, including obtaining required data and validating and calculating performance and payouts • Implement adequate process controls and establish processes and SLAs with business stakeholders to enable accurate and timely MIS and payouts • Liaise with Unit Managers to resolve issues and continuously enhance the Business Performance and Incentive payout process • Manage the Business Performance and incentives database for detailed analysis • Adhere to SLAs and monitor delays • Resolve data, policy, and process issues with stakeholders, maintaining required approvals and documentation for audit records
