📋 Description

• Design and build inbound and outbound integrations for Oracle ERP Cloud using OIC • Work with Oracle support teams to resolve critical incidents • Implement and maintain Oracle Cloud applications • Configure and customize Oracle Cloud services to meet business requirements • Monitor cloud systems for performance and uptime • Recommend improvements for cost optimization, resource allocation, and performance tuning • Manage user access, roles, and security configurations in Oracle PaaS and SaaS • Create and maintain operational documentation, troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and configuration details • Collaborate with developers, engineers, and business users to align cloud services with business needs • Support Oracle Cloud Integration implementations and integrations across multiple business applications

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience implementing and maintaining Oracle Cloud applications • Minimum 12 years of experience implementing Oracle Applications (EBS) • At least 5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Modules, including Vendor Master, Supplier Master, Purchasing PR and PO, with functional domain knowledge in banking • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) • Experience across project phases including requirements gathering, prototype/sprint, SIT, UAT, cutover, and associated deliverables • Experience integrating Oracle Cloud SaaS with external applications using PaaS extension integration tools (OIC) • Experience supporting Oracle Cloud Integration (OCI) implementations and integrating multiple business applications • Experience developing OCI integrations for Oracle Fusion Cloud and Fieldglass implementations • Experience with web services and XML technologies: WSDL, SOAP, API, REST, XML, XSD, XSLT, and WS-Security • Proficiency consuming RESTful APIs, connecting to file systems, loading and parsing data, and mapping JSON and XML formats • Ability to configure the OIC Connectivity Agent for on-premises applications • Ability to configure OIC technical adapters including DB, File, SOAP, and REST adapters • Knowledge of Application Adapter configuration • Knowledge of Oracle SaaS, Oracle PaaS, and security • Ability to configure and customize Oracle Cloud services, monitor performance and uptime, manage access and security configurations, and create operational documentation
