• Oversee and manage strategic direction and operations of Account Onboarding & Servicing • Manage day-to-day operations ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients • Lead and mentor a team of professionals • Identify opportunities for process improvements • Oversee budgeting and financial performance • Implement robust risk management practices • Develop and execute strategic plans for accounting services and cash management
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in banking or financial services • Understanding of banking technologies • In-depth understanding of banking operations • Skills in optimizing processes • Proven experience in a leadership role • Experience in managing projects related to technology integration • Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies • Proficiency in budgeting and financial planning • Strong verbal and written communication skills
