📋 Description

• Attend project meetings with Product Owners and all stakeholders • Gather client requirements, manage client needs, and maintain process transparency, including the product roadmap • Lead teams of developers, QA specialists, and Product Designers • Learn best practices and grow professionally • Learn to describe business processes and extract business requirements from clients • Ask the right questions during client interactions • Receive and use continuous support from experienced MasterBorn Product Owners

🎯 Requirements

• English and Polish speaking and writing at minimum C1 level • Openness to AI and automation tools • First commercial experience managing projects, coordinating tasks, or leading initiatives; student activities alone do not qualify • At least 1 year of commercial experience in project management • Knowledge of SDLC • Experience working with technical teams, including developers and designers • Curiosity about AI and interest in AI-driven solutions • Practical knowledge of using AI in projects • Ability to turn ideas into simple visuals such as flows, diagrams, and step-by-step breakdowns • Knowledge of how to conduct workshops and run meetings with external business clients • Tech-savvy and growth-oriented • Problem-solving mindset • Analytical mindset • Communicative, assertive, positive attitude • Experience cooperating with others
