📋 Description

• Conduct technical interviews for Full Stack Developers preparing for real interviews • Choose the interview format, questions, and approach according to the candidate’s level and market requirements • Objectively assess candidates’ technical level and claimed Junior, Middle, or Senior level • Verify the amount of real practical experience behind candidates’ answers • Identify strengths and growth areas • Provide recommendations for preparation for real interviews • Prepare and deliver structured feedback to candidates • Provide the team with a brief structured conclusion covering technical level, soft skills, and recommendation

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of commercial experience in Python development, including building backend systems, APIs, and full-stack projects • Knowledge of Django and/or FastAPI/Flask, React (or Vue/Angular) with TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery/RabbitMQ/Kafka, Docker, CI/CD, and AWS/GCP • Experience conducting technical interviews for middle+/senior professionals • Experience writing feedback assessing competencies and growth areas • Experience working with and proficiency in AI tools such as Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT/Claude in daily development • Understanding of current market requirements for Full Stack specialists and ability to assess them through practical cases • Punctuality and responsibility, including starting calls on time and providing feedback within the agreed timeframe • Completed LinkedIn profile or willingness to update it
