📋 Description

• Present and sell products at optical retail stores. • Strategically plan customer visits to achieve sales targets and KPIs. • Identify new market opportunities and acquire new customers. • Ensure optimal product placement in stores and strong brand visibility. • Implement marketing strategies directly at the point of sale. • Ensure products are presented according to Maui Jim standards. • Support the planning and execution of window displays and marketing materials. • Inspire sales staff through professional customer service and a compelling brand experience. • Optimize inventory levels and support inventory management. • Maintain close contact with internal teams, such as Customer Service and Finance.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of sales experience, with a proven track record in fashion accessories, lifestyle, cosmetics, or premium consumer goods. • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory. • Valid driver's license. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong sales orientation, with the ability to expand the business and identify and develop new opportunities. • Professional, service-oriented approach to customer interactions. • Strong negotiation and execution skills. • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet seasonal and customer-specific targets and deadlines. • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage and improve the sales process. • Experience in the eyewear sector is an advantage but not essential. • Aloha spirit.
