📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of clients for statutory and contractual audit engagements • Organize, plan, and lead engagements • Ensure engagements are properly delivered and that deadlines and budgets are met • Provide technical supervision and support the professional development of the assigned team • Manage client relationships • Contribute to the business development of the client portfolio • Monitor regulatory developments • Deliver internal and external training sessions • Respond to requests for proposals • Travel within the region based on the geographical locations of clients

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of audit experience in an audit-focused firm • Graduate of a leading business school or engineering school, or holder of a postgraduate university degree • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong commitment and excellent adaptability • Proven management skills • Excellent technical expertise • Ideally, a strong command of English and/or German
