• Active sales of our modular housing solutions (B2B & B2C) • Build and maintain a regional customer network (investors, developers, companies, municipalities, private customers) • Advise prospects from first contact through to contract signing • Present our system at customer meetings and events • Work closely with planning, engineering and project delivery • Independently develop market and territory
• Sales experience (ideally in construction, real estate, capital goods, or complex/technical products) • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently • Strong communication skills, negotiation confidence and a results/closing orientation • Basic technical understanding or a strong willingness to learn • Existing network is an advantage (not required) • Enthusiasm for sustainable building and modular concepts
