📋 Description

• Conduct initial assessments and identify return-to-work barriers • Design, implement and monitor programs assisting injured employees to return to the workforce • Undertake activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic and equipment assessments • Identify return-to-work barriers • Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers • Develop and implement strategies to progress files and achieve return-to-work benchmarks with minimum case costs • Support clients in regaining independence and achieving life and work goals

🎯 Requirements

• Australian recognised degree qualification and full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy • Willingness to travel • Current vehicle and driver’s licence required • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service • Keen sense of punctuality • Effective time management ability
