📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure caseloads are actioned within service-level-agreement timeframes • Book appointments and conduct interviews with general practitioners and specialists • Write accurate case notes in the medEbridge® platform • Manage relationships between clients and UHG • Perform data entry and ad hoc administrative duties as required • Liaise with medical practitioners to facilitate the exchange of health and medical information

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled nurse with knowledge or understanding of how health practitioners work in clinic • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Sound keyboard skills • Technologically savvy with intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, namely Outlook, Word, and Excel • Ability to negotiate, influence and manage conflicts effectively • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional time management and organisational skills • Applicants must be located in Australia; international applicants are not supported
