📋 Description

• Address client staffing requests • Coordinate placements and cancellations of MHR Panel Members • Monitor own performance to ensure excellent client service is provided

🎯 Requirements

• Grade 12 • Experience working in an hospital environment • 3–6 months Call Centre experience • Knowledge of nursing and administration structures and scopes of practice • Computer literacy with strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills • Ability to learn new systems • Excellent telephone and email etiquette • Exceptional client service skills and sound client service experience • Good time management skills • Well organised with exceptional planning and administrative skills
