📋 Description

• Support the product roadmap from concept to launch • Play a collaborative role in an agile scrum team • Assist with cross-team execution of new features and optimization of existing ones • Co-partner with Design, UX Research, and Operations to enhance customer experience • Help communicate product updates and strategy with internal stakeholders and executives • Contribute to defining, tracking, and communicating clear success metrics • Work with senior leadership, engineering, and operations teams to develop products enabling providers to deliver high-quality patient services

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management with a strong passion for improving user experience • Experience in building and launching interactive products • Familiarity with agile product development methodologies • Creativity, drive, and ability to navigate ambiguity • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Strong problem-solving abilities • A self-starter attitude and ability to work effectively across all levels • A natural curiosity paired with analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making • Ability to work cross-functionally and motivate teams toward a shared goal • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken • Residing in Istanbul • Advanced level of English required for interviews and employment consideration
