📋 Description

• Contribute to the end-to-end test strategy for web applications from planning through release • Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium and Playwright with Java • Integrate and maintain automated test suites in Jenkins CI/CD pipelines with GitHub-based workflows • Leverage AI tools across test design, test data generation, code review, and defect analysis • Explore and apply agentic architectures and multi-agent workflows to automate and accelerate QA activities • Perform functional, regression, API, and exploratory testing • Track quality metrics and contribute to release readiness assessments • Participate in test code reviews • Collaborate with developers, product managers, designers, Engineering, and external third-party integrators • Improve testing processes and advocate for quality best practices • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives • Troubleshoot and resolve issues • Research new technologies and prototype new ideas • Ensure high testability and quality of delivered software • Translate product vision into tests and identify key risk areas in new solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in test automation • Strong hands-on experience with Selenium and Playwright • Solid programming skills in Java; clean, maintainable test code • Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipeline with Jenkins • Proficiency with Git and GitHub, including branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and GitHub Actions • Hands-on experience using AI tools, such as LLM-based assistants and AI coding agents • Familiarity with agentic systems and AI-driven automation concepts • Experience with API testing using Postman and REST Assured • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools, such as Jira and TestRail • ISTQB Foundation Level certification • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies • Superb communication skills • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field of study • Perfect English skills, written and oral • Accommodation in Istanbul • Mobile test automation experience, Appium, iOS/Android, is a strong plus • Familiarity with Docker and containerized test environments is a strong plus • Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter and k6 is a strong plus • ISTQB Advanced Level or CT-AI certification is a strong plus
